If you think your beauty spending habits are out of control, wait until you hear this: Joe Biden’s niece Caroline Biden is being accused of using someone else’s credit card to buy $110,810 of beauty products in one year, The New York Post reports.
According to the Post, a criminal complaint says that Caroline used someone else’s credit card to set up an account at the store, through which she made more than $100,000 in charges. Caroline struck a plea deal, the Post reported, which involves pleading guilty to two charges — one of grand larceny, and another of petit larceny — and the agreement to pay back the amount. She will ultimately face probation of varying lengths, which will depend on if she abides by the deal.
She also avoided jail time back in 2014, after she hit a police officer who tried to break up a fight between her and her roommate, The New York Daily News reported. She was charged with resisting arrest, obstruction of justice, and harassment.
